Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, Blue Distortion hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright) license to use the sampled sounds in any of your works.
You will terminate the license and violate copyright if you generate revenue with these sound samples by selling, repackaging or including them in a commercial sample pack, database, download or disc. There is some gray area for non-profits and educational institutions, please contact me.
